Delete your Muamer account

This page concerns the Muamer (معمر) construction project management app, operated under the Muamer trade name. Deletion is immediate and permanent and cannot be undone. The Arabic version of this page is authoritative.

Primary path: inside the app

1. Open Settings in the app and choose Delete account.
2. A screen lists every consequence of deletion and everything that remains afterwards (the same list as below).
3. Confirm your intent by typing the word «حذف» exactly — no password and no email code is requested, and the same step works for Google and Apple sign-in accounts.
4. Deletion then executes immediately: you are signed out of all devices and the account is permanently removed.

If you own an organization

An account that owns an organization cannot be deleted until each owned organization is explicitly deleted first — so no organization is ever destroyed as a side effect of deleting an account. Organization deletion is a separate action in the organization's own settings, confirmed solely by typing the organization's exact name — and it permanently removes all of its content: projects, transactions, photos, the client portal, and every member's work in it.

What is deleted? What remains?

Deleted immediately and permanently

• The account itself and every way of signing into it (password or Google/Apple links, with the Apple link also revoked with Apple).
• All open sessions on all devices.
• Every link between your identity and organizations, and pending invitations addressed to your email.

Retained — disclosed before you confirm

• An unreadable verification fingerprint (a salted, one-way hash of your email): kept to prevent abuse of the free evaluation period through re-registration. It reveals neither your email nor any personal detail, and we re-review the justification for keeping it at least every three years.
• Organization content you created while working there (transactions, photos, activity): the organization's business records, staying with the organization and displaying the member name kept in the organization's own records — with no link to your deleted account.
• Records organizations entered about you (member roster names and contact details in their books): the organization's records, like its paper ledgers.

The last two categories persist as long as the organization itself does — we impose no separate horizon on them, and they are removed wholesale when the organization is deleted. Full details in the privacy policy.
